George Washington - Temporary Prefabricated Medical Building

[CHALLENGE]
A Hospital was planning major renovations. They were needed to keep the operation running during the process and planned to move some exam rooms and office space out into a modular building.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius worked with a medical design professional and built the temporary modular healthcare facility that met their specific needs. A 1,440 Sq Ft modular building was built delivered and installed on site in approx. 60 days from contract to completion.

Hualapai Mountain - Modular Medical Center

[CHALLENGE]
A Regional Hospital needed to expand their services. They were required to move these specialty doctors and staff outside of the main hospital to an adjacent site on the campus.

[SOLUTION]

LSU - Temporary Interprofessional Clinic

[CHALLENGE]
LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans required an Interprofessional Clinic for the School of Dentistry and Nursing to provide primary and urgent care in a teaching environment to support the local community. 

[SOLUTION]
Temporary Interprofessional Clinic Modular Genius provided a 3,600 sqft temporary clinic. Off-site construction included installation of features inside the modular building such as laminate counter tops, exam room sinks, counters, cabinets, plumbing, electric for dental chairs, and interior finishes such as floor covering and drop ceilings.

Manufacturers Modular Clinic

[CHALLENGE]
A group of manufacturers in Michigan opened two clinics on site to give employees appropriate care and advice to better manage their own health and that of their family.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius installed an 840 sqft modular clinic to provide employees with free, convenient access to a wide range of medical services. Two exam rooms, restroom, waiting room, and physician’s office are located in the building that was constructed in about 60 days.

MEDC - Clinical Trials Unit

[CHALLENGE]
A MI Innovative and economic business development organization partnered with a highly prominent research institute and needed a state of the art medical research building that would adjoin to their existing main office building.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 9,400 sqft single story Modular building addition that incorporates a brick/EIFS exterior and was installed on site to match the existing 56,000 Sq. Ft. building. This Modular addition was separated from the existing building with a concrete block fire wall and includes 13 beds, three infusion chairs, an investigational pharmacy, a lab and overnight room for volunteers.

UDVA Decatur - Modular Medical Eye Clinic - GA

[CHALLENGE]
The US Department of Veterans Affairs hospital in Georgia was in need of additional space to expand their eye clinic. There was no more room inside the hospital for the expansion. Modular Construction had been decided as the most expeditious way to expand the clinic.

[SOLUTION]
A Service disabled veteran contractor partnered with Modular Genius and built the 2,880 sq ft modular addition. It was attached to the existing hospital. The modular building was constructed with non-combustible materials. The hospital walls were cut out for expansion so one could walk from the existing hospital into the modular addition on the same floor without obstruction.

US Army Kimbrough - Ambulatory Care Medical Swing Space

[CHALLENGE]
The United States Army was in need of renovating the Hospital located at one of their facilities at FT Meade, MD. Their plans were to relocate part of the facility to a temporary space as the hospital underwent renovations.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius built this customer a 10,000 sq ft building. The temporary swing space was a fully functional medical facility with administrative space. The installation was complete in 90 days from award to occupancy.

A DC Veterans Hospital needed to expand its administrative space, but in order to maximize campus real estate, the 2 story modular had to be tucked into tight quarters between the existing buildings.

Modular Genius provided 23,740 gross square feet of administrative office space, including private offices, group work stations, conference space, work flow circulation, break rooms, toilets, janitorial facilities and all adjunct facilities.
