E Town - Private College - Dormitory

[CHALLENGE] A Pennsylvania College needed additional dormitories to relieve over-crowding for the second half of the school year. The College needed to install rooms during the students' winter break.

[SOLUTION] Modular Genius selected 4 duplex in-stock dormitories from its available inventory and installed the cottages in 3 weeks from the time of order. The students moved into the rooms and the college was able to keep up with the overcrowding without issue.

Hanna Moore - Women’s Shelter Modular Building

[CHALLENGE]
A county government was renovating a local women’s shelter. The project required a temporary modular complex to displace the women during the renovation.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provide a 7,920 square foot modular classroom complex for the project. Modular Genius provided the customer the building inclusive of prefabricated aluminum decks, ramps. The project was complete in 90 days from award to occupancy.

Joint Task Force - National Capital Region Medical - Modular Fire House Sleeping Quarters

[CHALLENGE]
A local fire hall was updating their existing facilities on a US Government site which required a 3,136 Sq Ft sleeping quarters. The building had to be delivered and installed on a small corner not to disrupt the engine garage or traffic.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius constructed, delivered, and installed the facility in 120 days. The building had sleeping quarters, restrooms, showers, meeting area and kitchen. Work consisted of the building being installed on a foundation, with pre-fabricated aluminum stair towers.

Sibley - Doctors Sleeping Quarters Modular Building

[CHALLENGE]
Sibley Memorial Hospital was undergoing a major renovation which required the relocation of staff without interruption. The renovation involved the renewal of the surgeons locker room, offices and rest area. This area is required to be adjacent to the operating rooms on the third floor of the hospital.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 2,800 SF building that was placed on top of the third floor of the hospital. A steel superstructure was built on the roof to distribute the weight of the building. Once the building was craned and secured into place, site-built connecting links were constructed to allow access from the hospital to the new addition. All work took place while the hospital remained

US Coast Guard - Modular Bunk House

[CHALLENGE]
A US Coast Guard Base had a temporary requirement for a bunk house during a renovation. The sleeping quarters modular space needed to be set up under strict time frame a fit the look of the facility.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 1,680 office modular bunk house. This modular building was installed with pre-fabricated steps. The modular was in stock and the project was completed in 30 days from notice to proceed.
