The Challenge

3 Rivers Energy needed a compact yet efficient office space to support its operations in Lynchburg, TN. The requirement was for a new, relocatable modular office with minimal onsite construction disruption. The client sought a solution that would allow for quick deployment and easy integration with their existing infrastructure while meeting local building codes and regulations. Modular Genius was contracted to design and install the building to meet their needs.

The Solution

Modular Genius provided an 840-square-foot single-wide modular office building, featuring three private offices, a single occupant restroom with a shower, storage space, and a kitchenette. The modular office was delivered to the site, blocked, and leveled on foundations prepared by the client. Key installation steps included removing the hitch, securing tie downs, and adding skirting. Modular Genius ensured that the office was compliant with local regulations and ready for immediate use upon completion. The modular approach allowed for rapid deployment, minimizing disruption to 3 Rivers Energy’s operations.
