The Challenge

A prominent non-profit academic medical clinic in Cleveland, Ohio required an efficient and adaptable office space to support their expanding administrative staff. The center needed a solution that could accommodate over 100 workstations, provide multiple meeting areas, and offer private offices, all while adhering to their high standards for functionality and design. The new office building had to be delivered quickly to meet the organization’s growing operational demands.

The Solution

Modular Genius provided an 8,640 sq ft modular office building tailored to meet the specific needs of the medical center. The building features an open office layout with space for 104 desks, four meeting rooms, and a large multi-purpose room that can be used for training sessions or collaborative activities. Additionally, the design includes four single-occupant restrooms, three private offices for senior staff, and a break room with a fully equipped kitchen to enhance employee comfort and productivity. The modular construction method ensured rapid installation, allowing the center to begin using the new office space promptly while maintaining compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
